I know that ECU was 0-4, but I’ve heard that their record was decieving, so congrats on Briles and the boys for the 4-1 record!

Their record is deceptive — it’s hard to imagine how a team could seem worse than its record when that record is 0-4, but ECU did. 🙂
Still, it’s a conference road win, and our Coogs haven’t scored many of those in recent years against any opponents. I’m really impressed with Kevin Kolb. Art Briles is doing a fine job.
I need to get out to see a home game, but not sure when I’ll be able to. Music and (soon) outdoors commitments, ya know?

I sure wish I’d know that ahead of time…I could have got a bet down.

They certainly are fun to watch and Kolb seems to have great poise for a true freshman. There really is no excuse for UH not being succesful in C-USA, though I thought it would take a couple of years. What I like that they still try to run the ball even though they are a pass oriented offense.
