The Smoke

I complained about the smoke that hung in Reliant Stadium during the Texans' debut, but never saw the problem mentioned in the Dreadful Chron.

Fortunately, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram covers our team as well as the Cowboys. They say the problem will be fixed:

Team officials say they have the smoke problem they encountered the first game solved. Pregame fireworks displays left a large cloud of smoke in the building and players complained about it bothering their eyes and throats.

Maybe I just missed this in the Dreadful Chron but somehow I doubt it. Anyway, it's good to know that a DFW-area newspaper is picking up the slack.
