Natural Right and the End of History

Regarding Jonah Goldberg's latest: I've long thought that some Straussian, preferably of the West Coast variant, needed to follow up Fukuyama's End of History and the Last Man with a book of the topic and working title Natural Right versus the End of History.

I'm not holding my breath, however.
