Chad

I'm updating our political risk analysis for Chad today, and did a routine search on the BBC website for information on the African nation. I was amused to turn up this article, with 79% relevance.

Prior to the the most recent U.S. election, I suspect most Americans thought of Africa or some individual when the name "Chad" was mentioned. I know that when I'm not at work, my immediate thought is the great November 2000 dimpled/hanging/mutilated chad controversy of Florida.
