More Music Journalism
I recently commented on a negative review of the recent Austin Counting Crows show, finding the review to be yet another example of the cynical journalism of the day, and just a bad review technically. Today, I ran across a Houston Press review that panned the self-released cd from 24 Count, a local band I like quite a bit. Although it's a negative review and I don't agree with portions of it, it's at least a solid review technically, and pretty much devoid of negativity simply for its own sake.
Progress, I guess.
