Funny Sign
I took the digital camera when I walked Kiwi earlier, and captured this sign. Now, I can't help it. It amused me. This is how my mind works. Bear with me.
Why do you suppose JTB Services does Construction and Demolishing?
Rather than Constructing and Demolishing?
Or Construction and Demolition?
Or even Constructing and Demolition?
I bet these questions never crossed the minds of the people who named the company. And that's probably a good thing.

I took some beautiful photos of RK at the International Festival. At least, the first roll of film turned out beautifully. The second is still in the SLR. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Kodak BW film that can be developed via regular color processing. It can, and it's almost black and white. Black and white with a blue/green tinge. Blech! Fortunately, that can be corrected via scanner and software, and since I only want them for 8 More Miles, that will be fine.
Another thing -- digital cameras do not EVEN begin to compare with a good SLR in terms of clarity or artistic control, but it is a royal pain in the ass to do high quality scans of traditional prints! I finished the scanning (15 photos in a little over an hour) but have not done the resizing or thumbnails or the webpage itself, so I don't even have a finished product to display tonight. Blar.

I noticed while flipping channels tonight that televangelist and faith healer Richard Roberts (whom I refer to as the Twit for Jesus, also son of the more famous Oral Roberts) has broken his arm and was wearing a cast and sling. It would seem to me that Richard's injury would cast some doubt on his ability to "heal" people through prayer (and donation).
