Nah, probably not.
More likely, he'll continue to have good offenses that get people excited, but they won't be elite enough to overcome deficiencies elsewhere, so he'll get around 9-10 wins (which is still really good) but look way behind real playoff contenders while still saying "we're close" to whoever will listen. In other words, a repeat of his time at Oklahoma (which is now building a much more talented roster to to bottom)
He isn't recruiting California well enough to get back to Pete Carroll levels, so he'll look to jump to the NFL in a few years I'd guess (before everyone fully figured out it's not happening under Lincoln Riley)
