If I decide to work towards Star Alliance Gold for 2021 (a long ways off!), it will be through one of Aegean, Turkish, or Asiana I'm thinking.

United is dead to me after 2020 for status purposes, but some alliance status can still be a nice perk (and would get me in UA lounges when I drop their affiliated card -- nice move there, UA LoL)
