Chapter Title

I'm sitting at work today catching up on the weekend's news, company emails, and such, when a title suggested itself for the recently completed Chapter Three of the dissertation (which I had given a working title of "Who Were the Progressives?"). The old title describes what the chapter attempts to do, but does not sound nearly "academic" enough. The new chapter title: Progressive Political Theory: Towards a Synthesis

I'm reminded, of course, why I find so much of academia distasteful.
