Moonphase

I'm working from home today, and just returned from walking Kiwi around the block. Whom did I see but the man with multiple names, riding his bike (I also saw him a few weeks ago in Diedrich's). He did not introduce himself to us (Callie went with us on her way to work) this time, but did ride up on his bike and ask if we were missing a ring, which he was proudly holding up. He seemed disappointed when we both answered no, as if he was certain we were missing a ring. Today, he was with a friend dressed much like him (white tshirt, shorts of a color I don't remember) also riding a bike, but trailing him by a good 20 yards or so. The friend did not introduce himself. I should start taking the digital camera on these walks!

In other weirdness, the staff at the US post office on West Gray were incredibly helpful, efficient, and pleasant this morning, even engaging in good-natured banter.

I shall also miss Steve/Carl when you move. Will you be moving out of Montrose? You must bring the camera along and get some pictures before you do, the new digs might not have as many interesting characters...
