Robb Walsh

I'm having a bite for lunch and flipping through the channels just now, and stop on the History Channel, which is featuring barbecue on its "More American Eats" program. Who appears on the show but Houston Press food critic Robb Walsh, who continues to wax eloquently on American culture and barbeque as I type this.

I've long thought that Walsh is one of the best writers the Houston Press has employed (indeed, I mentioned something along those lines just yesterday). It's nice to see the rest of the country take notice. Good job Robb!

UPDATE: Now Robb is describing the development of Tex-Mex food, a subject he knows well. Who says all television is worthless?!
