If your interest rate is good, definitely invest (once you have enough equity to eliminate PMI, anyway)

Spot on. I snapped to the beauty of HSAs as tax efficient investment vehicles a few years ago
Maybe "until you die" is extreme, but otherwise I'm having trouble finding fault with this approach.
