Had Deaver and Nancy Reagan picked David McCulloch (he was under consideration) instead, I doubt I ever would have taken up the subject.

Ah great, now I have this tome to add to the reading list when it comes out (and I neber take the tine to read such tomes anymore)... Hoping the CRB picks this up.
