Reading:  The Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav

I am exhausted today, and have been dragging all week.  Not mentally, but physically.  I'm not sure why.  Sometimes I get this way when I get back on a serious diet and gym schedule after a hiatus like the one caused by London and Calgary.  That must surely be it.

Tomorrow is Friday, and this has been an amazingly productive week.   I've worked at home much of it, and it's nice working on a computer that doesn't crash and a fast internet connection.  It's always nice not having to walk by the row of gooves (my incorrect plural of goof) at the office:  Howard (named from the Andy Griffith show), Farrah (from Charlie's Angels), Charlie Tuna (Okay, not a very good name, but what do you call a man who puts straws up his nose and talks to himself?), and the lady who hates me (we are currently accepting nominations for a nickname for her; feel free to email me suggestions).  The social interaction is much better at home.  I can have intelligent conversations with myself and with Kiwi, with no interruptions.  And heaven forbid, serious work actually gets done!

Callie and I have decided to put up a real Reckless Kelly fan page.  Their official website is just dreadful, and my own RK page is limited.  I'm going to be involved in developing the site, and Callie is going to take the lead with content development and maintenance.  We will model our efforts somewhat on Lisa's Counting Crows shrine, which is exponentially better than any other Crows site on the web.  Look for www.8moremiles.com to be registered and running very soon!

I also ordered MS Frontpage 2000 tonight.  It looks like a significant improvement on Frontpage 98, which I've been using since 98.   That, combined with a new computer for Callie, should result in even more computer geek behavior.  Stay tuned.
