I have a long-planned trip to San Francisco coming up, on a ridiculously cheap ($135) fare I booked back in January on Northwest. One leg of the trip has already been upgraded to first (NWA sometimes treats CO elites better than CO!), so this is just an extraordinary bargain considering the current price environment.
