Here’s wishing everyone a Happy New Year!
We’re planning a quiet evening in tonight, as I’m flying tomorrow (and flying doesn’t seem like a good idea hung over, now does it?).
I *was* able to take advantage of that crazy 70-degree weather to grill some nice Angus filet mignon earlier, with the requisite red wine and Greek salad (no lettuce, the Greek way!). A piece of Pappas cheesecake will follow
