Airport Security Personnel

I saw the following advertisement in the paper version of the Houston Press. It did not exactly inspire confidence:

We have immdiate openings for

The incentive program is what has me curious. How exactly would that work? Umm.... none of the people YOU screened flew a plane into a building today, so you get an extra quarter an hour! Or do they give out a buck for every nail clipper confiscated?!

I don't like the notion of federalizing airport security, but I also am a little bit amazed at just how cavalierly we are still taking airport security staffing.
