P.J. O'Rourke

I caught P.J. O'Rourke tonight at Brazos Bookstore, and he was just hilarious. I've always enjoyed his writing, but this is the first time I've seen him in person. What a charming, funny man. I managed to walk away with signed copies of Eat the Rich (which, sadly, I haven't gotten around to reading) and the new one, The Ceo of the Sofa.

Throw the O'Rourke onto the dozen or so other new books I've acquired recently, and I think I have plenty to read for a while! And little time for it, since I've been focusing on dissertation. Blar.
