New security system at HCC?
Callie walked the dog by HCC earlier, and saw a homeless person who was apparently camped out in one of the doorways at an HCC building, talking to herself.
After Callie went by, she says the homeless person started screaming.
I'm thinking maybe HCC has trained the homeless person to be sort of a low-tech motion-sensor alarm system!

Was it possible that the homeless delelict bum relieved herself where she sat, and been shocked by the stray current leakage from the tram line????

Last semester at UH, my english prof caught a homeless man stealing his ipod out of his office. he confronted the guy, the homeless man said he picked it up my accident.
