Listerine Rinse Recalled For Contamination (AP)
WASHINGTON -- The maker of Listerine is recalling one of its rinses after tests showed it was contaminated with microorganisms.
A Johnson & Johnson spokeswoman said a company unit is recalling 4 million bottles of the recently launched Listerine Agent Cool Blue plaque-detecting rinse, marketed primarily for use by children.
The recall affects the Glacier Mint and Bubble Blast flavors.
It's disconcerting to see that any product with the Listerine label is contaminated with microorganisms.

Even worse when your 7-year-old has been through a bottle and half of it.... With no ill effect.

Your 7-year-old and my 8 and 6-year-old Dave H. Interestingly enough, the same thing happened to us with the recent peanut butter recall. The jar was 3/4 gone by the time we heard of the recall.
