Mmmmm!
I paired the steaks above with some steamed broccoli and a LOVELY 2002 Huntington Merlot tonight.
Mmmmmm! With leftovers for tomorrow. Well, leftover steaks anyway. The wine was so nice it may disappear by the end of the evening. :)
