Living at your ideal weight

This week on The Tube, Joel O$teen is again focused on nutrition.

He says we shouldn't eat so quickly, and we should enjoy our food to avoid heartburn and indigestion.

This is getting to be a pretty funny religion he's promoting!

Ah well, Houston does have its share of fatties, so maybe he's doing some good with these "sermons."

Hey, he's an Old Testament guy.

[i]Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labour the days of his life, which God giveth him under the sun.[/i} Ecclesiastes 8:15

I want that read at my funeral instead of that "Yea though I walk through the valley..." stuff.

Something must always be broken with complicated things. The little blog with all its plugins is no exception. Blar.
