Another Good Blog Line
The earlier blog line of the week still rocks, but this one from Orrin Judd isn't bad:

Oh my.
Elsewhere, Laurence helps dude out with the Bill of Rights.
Fun stuff.
(Update) Of course, there's the serious take on all of this. Professor Knippenberg reminds us that Sullivan was a student of Mansfield's, although it's not particularly evident of late, and that he completely neglects Strauss in his discussion.
