Danger Train: Collision #87 (15)

Early in the day, the southern end of the the light rail line was shut down by a big rig that took out the electric.

However, that in itself was not world class.

So, later, the northern end of the light rail line was shut down courtesy of collision #87 (unless METRO has been less than forthcoming about reported accidents again) at Main and Alabama. The accident took place about 3:30, meaning that (unfortunately) I narrowly missed a chance to get out of the Jeep and watch the festivities on my way home. Maybe next time.

Anyway, that'll show Dallas just who's who these days! :P

Your basketball team is doing a fine job of showing who's who...

Just to compare Dallas, which has 4 times as much track and has been running almost 6 times as long (June, 1996), has 136 collisions.
