This Is Going To Be Good

Waylon Tribute

I don't know whether to pimp this thing or not, because then all you peeps will get online in a few days and keep me from getting tickets.

Oh well. I'll take my chances, because this is just about the coolest show anyone has put together in Texas in a LONG damn time. And it's a bunch of Okies no less.

Anyway, forget Willie's Picnic. Forget Robert Earl Keen's Texas Uprising. Forget Pat Green's little festival he's putting together. Check out THIS lineup.

And Saengerhalle is a GREAT venue. No sitting outside in the heat, or stuck in an 11-mile traffic jam.

This will be good.

Bowling For Soup???

"One of these things is not like the other..."

Great line-up, but that band looks as out of place there as Jessie Jackson would at a Huskie Quarterback Club meeting.

Ha! If Garth Brooks can appear on a KISS tribute album, all things are possible. :)
