Doesn't This Belong In MeMo's Section?

I'm not the biggest fan of former regular Comical columnists Fran Blinebury or Dale Robertson, but I don't recall them cranking out sports copy quite this bad:

ANOTHER day of training camp is in the books, and almost like a superhero, David Carr emerges from behind the mask that is his football helmet and returns to his life as a mild-mannered family man, if only for a little while.

Superman could probably get his team past the five-win mark at some point, so we do hope that young Mr. Carr's powers emerge this season. But it would probably take a hundred Clark Kents to have much impact on the awful writing that graces the pages of the Comical.
