Danger Train: Collision #54
Two people were hospitalized today as a result of the latest Danger Train collision:
Two people were hospitalized after the van they were riding in collided with a light rail car in the Medical Center.
It happened shortly after 10am Monday at the intersection of Fannin and University. METRO says the car made a left turn right in front of the light rail car.
There's no word on how serious any of the injuries are.
KTRK-13 does not give a count, but by my count, that is number 54.
KHOU-11 reports that a man was arrested for arguing with police at the scene, but that they could not determine if the argument was related to the accident.

The official count at KTRK is kept in the sports department on their whiteboard.
