Update Night
The folks at Mozilla have been hard at work.
It seems like I just upgraded both Firefox and Thunderbird, but nonetheless, there are new versions out.
And the upgrades are worth it.
If you have not yet ditched the inferior, insecure Microsoft browser and email client, consider this my periodic recommendation to do so. :)

Their timing couldn't have been better since I was looking for something for my makeshift computer. Amygdala mentioned their newest release which convinced me to go ahead and give it a chance. So far, so good.
